Finding the right tenant quickly

Understanding financial reporting
- We will send you detailed monthly statements that are easy to understand

- At the end of the financial year we will provide you with a detailed income and expenditure report for your property, saving you accountancy fees
Regular detailed inspections
- Our inspections are completed at regular intervals with periodic inspections occurring 4 times per year
- At the commencement of every tenancy we will complete a detailed inspection report signed by the property manager and tenant
- We will provide you with a detailed condition report and a schedule of recommended routine maintenance after each inspection
- At the end of each tenancy we will again inspect your property and ensures that the tenant leaves the property in its original condition. We also advise you of any maintenance or renovation work that may be required
